When navigating on this site, read and approve the Terms and Conditions: these have the main purpose of informing you on how our services are provided, as well as on the terms for booking and for cancellations applied by our partner hotels and on liability.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The access to this portal and its use are subject to conditions, in compliance with the law in force. Access and navigation imply the unreserved acceptance of the conditions and the awareness that such conditions prevail on any conflictual agreement with them and concerning the user and Trentino Welcome.   

It is stipulated that these conditions, as well as the confidential agreement, accessible on this portal and released to you, apply to the use of this portal and create a whole to which all the users are bound and subject. By using the services provided by this portal to book one of the Trentino Welcome partner hotels, you agree that such use is subject to these conditions and that your reservation is subject to the general terms for selling and to the conditions set by the hotel you have booked, as well as to the competing law.

Reservations are always made directly with the hotels, even when made through the portal. All the partner hotels use an online reservation system. The hotels, under their responsibility, update their data and make them accessible, through the system, also to the users who make a reservation.

Soon after placing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail by the hotel you have chosen, together with reservation number (booking reference number). The reservation is immediately recorded by the hotel.

The hotel is the sole responsible for the description, as well as for the services provided and published. We are not liable for any mistake and omissions which may occur.

Procedure for booking hotels for your holidays in Trentino, either in the Dolomites or on Lake Garda:

1. Once you have chosen the hotel you wish to book, click on ‘Book’.
2. For each room you want to book, select the room type, the number of night and the number of adults and children for each room. Select the expected time of arrival.
3. Click on 'Check availability' to see if your room(s) is/are available
4. If the rooms are not available, modify your request or look for an alternative hotel.
5. If the rooms are available, fill in the form and click on 'Continue'.
6. On the following page, check the information summarizing the details of your reservation. If you wish to change something, click on 'Change'. If you wish to interrupt the purchase, click on 'Abort'. If you wish to proceed, read and accept the terms and conditions of use and finally click on 'Submit the booking'.
7. On the following page, enter your credit card details: type, number, holder’s name, expiry date and security code, then click on ‘Send to hotel'.
8. The last page will inform you that the reservation was successfully entered and will give you the reference number (booking number). You can print this page by clicking on ‘Print’.
9. You will then receive an e-mail from the hotel with the details of your reservation.

PAYMENT

Payment is made directly at the hotel upon arrival, on the basis of the rates set and applied by the hotel itself. Trentino Welcome does not interfere either in the definition or change of the rates established by the partner hotels. Any reduction shown on the portal relates to rates provided by the hotel and are modified by the hotel itself under their responsibility and in compliance with the existing law.

Trentino Welcome does not require any payment in advance on behalf of the partner hotel.

Your credit card details are necessary only as a warranty for the hotel, which is authorized to charge the cost for the stay or the cancellation fee according the cases mentioned below.

Trentino Welcome will not charge your credit card.

The online system used by the partner hotels is secure and your credit card details, as well as the personal data you have provided are crypted. The brokerage service by Trentino Welcome is free and you don’t owe Trentino Welcome any extra money. You only pay the hotel you have booked according to the established rates and Trentino Welcome does not require any money even in case of cancellation.

LIABILITY

Every partner hotel is independent of Trentino Welcome.  The purchase of the stay is made directly by the internet user with the partner hotel according to the local existing laws. Consequently, for no reason whatsoever can Trentino Welcome be liable for partial or total lack of service by the partner hotel or in case of direct and consequential damage.  

Any complaint will have to be addressed directly to the hotel.

Trentino Welcome pays great attention in selecting its partner hotels, but it cannot check the contents of every single site or the truthfulness of the information provided by the hotels themselves. The information released on the hotels is based on declarations provided by the hotels themselves, who are the sole responsible. Consequently, the Internet user should take information concerning the services and rates for the period chosen through the hotel. Trentino Welcome  refuses all responsibility on the contents published online by the partners (hotel and other accommodation facilities) on their respective sites and on the information they release. This clause must be accepted by all the portal users, even when they book the hotel through the site and/or the online system.

Trentino Welcome is not liable either for any malfunction on the sites of the partner hotels or for changes or updating performer on such sites.

TRANSPORTATION

Trentino Welcome does not provide any transfer service towards the hotels.

For your transfer service, you can refer to Flyski Shuttle.

You may take the most suitable arrangements, under your responsibility and independent of the reservation made through the booking system.

FILING AND ARCHIVE OF THE INFORMATION

The booking forms filled in while using the software are filed and archived by Trentino Welcome on behalf of the hotels in a digital database.

CANCELLATIONS

Every hotel has its own terms and cancellation policy.
